How long do the biscuits in a Biscuiteers birthday hamper last?
The biscuits within each gift basket have a shelf life of up to 9 months, so rest assured, they can be saved and enjoyed well after the special day. All of our products also include best-before details for your recipient, making them ideal for ordering in advance and sending by post.
How are your birthday biscuit hampers designed to be sent by post?
Each birthday gift hamper is securely and safely packaged so that its contents will arrive safely when sent by post. Our biscuits are carefully packaged in either a tin or beautifully illustrated card box, where they are held in place with our Royal Icing - this is then topped by padding to ensure there is no damage.
After your order is securely placed within the tin or presentation box, we then pack your order into one of our lovely illustrated corrugated cardboard postage boxes. The strong packaging helps to avoid any damage to your order whilst looking beautiful - perfect when sending gifts directly to the recipient.
Do Biscuiteers offer next day delivery on birthday gift boxes?
Yes - next day delivery is available on almost all of our gifts when ordered to an address in the UK. Simply order by 4pm to be eligible (yes, this even applies to personalised gifts!). If you’re in London, we even offer same day delivery to certain postcodes when ordered before 1pm!
For EU delivery please allow between 3-5 working days, and for international orders, we use premium international shipping so your gift arrives within 2- 3 working days (subject to customs clearance of the destination country).

Is it possible to order birthday gift hampers from Biscuiteers in advance?
Yes - upon checkout, you can choose a delivery date up to 6 months ahead, which means you can order your birthday hampers well in advance for peace of mind knowing the special day is accounted for.
You can also add occasions to your account to receive handy reminders of upcoming birthdays, so you never forget a special date again.
Can I send birthday gift hampers internationally?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship any products containing alcohol, chocolate, or macarons internationally. Please refer to the individual product delivery information as to whether this gift can be delivered outside the UK.

Can I add a gift message to my order?
Yes you can! A gift message can be added in the basket (before you proceed to checkout). Once added, your gift message will be printed upon dispatch on one of our seasonal cards with a hand-illustrated Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter or Christmas design.
We will always confirm the contents of your gift message in your order confirmation, so if this is missing, please do get in touch with our Customer Service team, who will be happy to help!
